Day 4 Gratitude Project - Creative Spirit {Central Ohio Photographer}

Today I am thankful for creation, creativity & the creative spirit in all of us. I have an art show today & tomorrow. It still seems a bit surreal that now I’m sitting behind the booth as a vendor - & I feel very blessed to have had this creative spirit. Each time I lift my camera, I ask that what I produce will be like a prayer to God and a giving thanks. The other day there was a heavy frost - & even though it spelled the end for my zinnias, I thought what a beautiful way to go – coated with a sugary frost. The awesomeness of creation amazes me - & I feel like such a small speck – thankful to just be a part of it all. (Kind of rambling, but I’m tired! Lol!)

I'm thankful for creativity & art in all its forms. And so very thankful for the support & inspiration of creative communities & forums & Flickr! Getting ready for my first Art Show this Sunday! And excited... well & a bit overwhelmed!

Following my Bliss...

I just feel so lucky and blessed to do what I do... follow my bliss as a photographer. Each morning, I wake up excited to "go to work"! I enjoy the constant learning and daily opportunity to grow creatively. But more than any of that... I love the people I work with - my wonderful clients! I feel so honored to be invited into their lives to documents special moments & times. And I so enjoy coming back at a later date to photograph a new chapter in their lives, and telling their story and history photographically! The connections and rapport developed over time with clients is what makes my job so great!

Oh Joy! Photography is now accepting a LIMITED number of mini portrait sessions in the months of July and August. These sessions are always popular and fill quickly. Call to reserve your spot before they are gone!

You may select from either Inniswood Metropark (Westerville) or Creekside Park (Gahanna) for your session location.

What does the mini session include?

* A 20 - 30 minute portrait session for 2. (Add $25 for extra persons.

* An 8x10 portrait

* 5 digital files on CD with printing license

* The photographer's time, talent and personal online gallery of artistically edited images.
