Several people have contacted me in the past week about how I create my watermarks. It is really so very easy! I have created as psd file for you to use - Click Here to download. You can place your business name in the "Oh Joy! Photography" text layer. Flatten the file. Then I simply drag the watermark over my photograph & position where I desire. You can change the opacity of the watermark layer to a level you like. Voila! Watermark! I created this in Photoshop Elements and I imagine it would work in CS. To create the copyright symbol hold down the "alt" key & press 0169. If you would like a black background, go to "New" - Blank File. Specify your dimensions - I usually use 10" wide by 1" high. Select black as your background color. Click on the "Text" function and type in the copyright symbol & your business name. Adjust the opacity to your liking once placed over your photograph.
