Fireflies Remembered - Central Ohio Children's Photographer

Wednesday, August 24, 2011

We can count the remaining days of summer almost on one hand. It is the cusp of autumn and fall leaves and school supplies. But in these last days, I want to remember finding animals in the clouds, ice cream cones and sandy toes, beach days and vacations, carnival rides and bike rides, clover bouquets and butterflies, days that seem to go on forever, summer stars and fireflies. Happy end of summer!

Over here in the UK the rain is falling, the leaves are turning and we are well and truly back to school - your beautiful pictures made me feel summery all over again, just what you need on a rainy Tuesday!

Oh Joy!!you really captured the essence of summer through a child's eyes. (And mine.) If only it would last forever...
I love the two little girls in pink- adorable! Something about the way children interact is so innocence and wonderful, isn't it? Also I love your ice cream cone image, and remember seeing it in my "Artful Blogging". Perfect for the retro kitchen! hugs! ~Mary
